Drop Down Menu from Navigation Bar

I have a site which has multiple top level headings in the navigation. But when you are on one of these pages the sub headings then replace the top level ones. I would like to create drop down menus so that the top level navigation pages remain on the bar the whole time.

This add-on has very good reviews and is $25. It is responsive and has a lot of options that should allow you to match the colors and style with your theme.
