Duplicate navigations being added when I add an auto-nav

Has anyone else experienced this. I add an auto-nav for something like current level pages.. and two editable boxes pop out.. This happened once before.. where every time I added a page the main navigation duplicated. Not sure if this is a bug with all of Concrete5 or just my BlueHost install.. but I do know that this has happened with several different sites.

Did you try Clear Cache , Update Cache in the sitewide settings ?

I have my cache set to disabled during construction.. Should I still have to clear the cache manually every I add an auto-nav?
