E-Commerce automatically fill in billing information

Hello, Is it possible to have the billing and shipping information already pre-filled if the user has ordered before? At the minute with the way mine is operating, everytime a user checks out they have to fill in their billing information? When ideally it should be prefilled with the info they entered when registering?
