I recently released the Audio Library add-on for Concrete5, which builds on the work I've done with the Flash Video, Flash Audio and Media Library add-ons to develop a new add-on that's especially designed for audio.

It's easy to use and very flexible to customize to your own design. It supports image thumbnails, and uses a single player to handle a full list of audio files. It can support both local and remote audio files, and leverages the power of file sets in Concrete5 to make it easy to add more files to the list or add files to multiple playlists.
