eCommerce Checkout issue...from a non-techie

In settings, I have it "no" to register prior to checking out in my ecommerce cart, however when my customers go to purchase products it says 'You must sign in before purchasing products" on the cart page.
My cart was working fine prior to adding a new skin/theme. Any ideas?
Please advise!

You may want to post this in the eCommerce support accessed through My Account / Projects / Root/ eCommerce Support. The C5 guys are excellent in addressing eCommerce issues.
