Is there any way to run CoreCommerce as an online catalog only i.e. without the 'Buy' button and checkout disabled. I'm working on a charity site which will have products that can be searched and evaluated on the website but must be ordered over the phone for the time being. The charity will probably upgrade up to full 'buy on line' e-commerce at a later date - and I would like all the infrastructure to be in place for this.
