Hello
I would like to look at adding a tickbox that must be ticked on checked for customers to confirm they have read the T&C. I cant see an add-in for it but does anyone know of a way to add something ?

Bump - In need of the same thing.
I'm pretty sure you can do this without needing to install an additional add-on.
Go to the eCommerce settings page in the dashboard, then Order Attributes.
Create a new checkbox attribute here, put in the handle and name, select 'Billing' as the set, uncheck the Searchable checkboxes (not needed) and tick Required When Checking Out.
This adds a checkbox underneath the fields for the address, and it won't let you progress to the next step of the checkout without it being ticked. See screenshots.
