The Edit bar is disappearing every few reloads of the same page. I tried deleting the browser cache and the cache from the Dashboard but am still noticing the same issue.

This happens in multiple browsers and there's no javaScript error when I look in the developer console.

One interesting tidbit is that this issue is only happening in our QA environment while the Dev environment shows the Edit bar each refresh of the page without a problem (it's the same code in both environments).

Our QA environment is built on 2 servers so my first thought is it's an issue with one of the servers, but still not sure why the issue persists even after clearing browser and c5 cache.

Any insight is appreciated.
