Edit Bar Missing After Update

Permalink
We are having a problem with edit bar. The gray background is there, but not text or links so we can edit the site.

The site was upgraded to concrete5's most recent version. All worked great until the update.

If I type in link directly, I get a fully functioning dashboard with a normal edit bar area.

There is a java script problem the was found in Chrome when I ran the elements tab. I get the following in the ccm.app.js in the js file in tools updates folder for 5.6.0.2

See the attached file. I have no idea how to fix this one.

Any suggestions is extremely helpful.

Do you have:
<?php  $this->inc('elements/footer.php'); ?>

In your theme templates?
