Edit Block Error

Hi all.

Please see the attached image for a screenshot of an error I have started to get when trying to edit blocks.

It appears after I click Save when editing a block, regardless of page or the changes made.

Any ideas?

Fixed.

It was a .htaccess issue. I had some dodgy edits in there.
