Edit drop down menu not appearing when viewing page defaults.

I am able to edit pages when logged into my site. When I go to page type defaults. I can click on the edit button, but nothing happens. There is no edit drop down menu in the page type defaults section. I can see it when I am viewing a regular page on my website.

This occured since my update to 5.6.0.1

I am using the SuperHero theme from Hostco.

When I hover over the edit button I see an IE popup in the bottom left of my screen saying "javascriptvoid(0)."

I am guessing this is a javascript issue. But I am unable to determine that.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is there any way to do a fresh C5 install while maintaining all of my content?

This issue is still occuring in IE9. However I was successfully able to click on the edit button and see the drop down menu from the edit button in my page defaults.

Not sure what the answer is, but I am happy I can at least edit my page type defaults.

Any help on what would be causing this in IE9 would be great.

Is it possible to reinstall the latest version on C5 while keeping all my content just in cause something messed up in the upgrade?
