I have a layout on a page that is set to 4 columns and 9 rows but it is actually displaying 4 columns by 23 rows. The extra blocks won't go away when I edit the layout and the extra blocks don't collapse when you go out of edit mode so there is a big gap created under the layout. Any suggestions on how this might be fixed? I'm trying to avoid deleting the layout so I don't have to repopulate the 36 blocks that are supposed to be there.
