Edit menu titles on first page

I have understood how to change the menu titles ("Services", "Portfolio", "Team" etc.) by going to each page and open the composer-tool and change the name.
But for some reason it doesn't have effect on the first page. Why is this and how do I change it?

Clear cache maybe (on C5 and/or on your browser).
