Edit Page doesn't work properly in Safari since update

I couldn't edit some pages in Safari (basically everything except the Home page) while logged in. After hours and hours of trying to figure it out, I tried it in Google Chrome and I was able to edit things fine. The admin bar appears in Safari, but it's blank.

I spoke too soon. My admin bar is blank in Google Chrome too.
i to am having this issue since the update.
everything works fine so far, except for setting my block styles - i cannot seem to update them?
