Edit page error

when i edit any blocks on my home page and then click add i get redirected to this address which is a blank white page?

anyone have any ideas?
it happens when i click on an existing content black make a change and then click add. when i lick back im back in edit mode but no changes were made?
im worried as this is my home page and i cant just add a new one with all the content bellow it? scary

i cant delete any blocks on the page ether ? when i try it just doesn't do anything?
so i just went back to the original version and then re mad ether page solved the problem for now... still if anyone has any ideas im on 5.3.3 should i upgrade to 5.3.3.1?
