Edit toolbar is missing and Database backup not working

Hi Everyone,

today i want edit my page but the toolbar is missing. than i thought i update concrete 5 to newest buled but when i try to take a backup of the database it wont work- also i cant delete an old backup.

I searched in the forum and found that in header and footer should header required and footer ... this is in my header and footer.

Maybe anyone can help! Thank you!
