Editin - javascript does not refresh the page

Now and again when editing or deleting a block i notice that soemtimes the javascript does not automatically refresh the page to show the edit.
When i delete a block that has a 'setblocklimit' set to 1, it does not refresh and display the tab 'add to main content'. I have to manually refresh the page for this to show.
I know its a small thing but wondered if any one else was bothered by it and had come up with a fix ir even had the same issue? Im using 5.4.0.5

Bumping this item. I have the same issue with one of my custom blocks with javascript embedded in the view (not much I can do to remove it unfortunately). This one item is preventing me from submitting this block to the marketplace, so itching to see if theres a solution to this....
Bump. Did anyone ever find a solution for this issue. I been trying different things and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
