Editing Auto Nav Text

Hi All, how do I change the text size and colour for the Auto Nav headings? I know how to change the back ground colour from just going to the "design" tab when clicking on the auto nav in edit mode. There is option to edit the font, but this seems to have no impact what so ever.
Am i missing something simple? Really appreciate any help

One way to change this in edit mode is to click on design and then click the CSS tab. Here you can choose the CSS ID and class names, which come from your style sheet.

Thanks for the swift response. I can see where you mean....but if I wanted to .... lets say double the size of the current headings and put them in bold.....what would I enter under the CSS ID and Class Names?
