Editing blocks in Firefox

I've had this intermittent problem with Firefox (Mac and PC). After editing an existing block or adding a new one clicking Update or Add results in a Firefox dialog box saying
"You have chosen to open index.php which is a PHP Document.
What should Firefox do with this file?
Open with...
Save File"
I don't have the problem with IE (PC) or Safari (Mac).
Any ideas?

i believe that is a server configuration problem
Yep that is a server problem.
Happened to me. Call up your hosting company. I did and it turned out there was some maintenance occurring.
