Editing Conversation Block

I'm using the core conversation block for a sign-up. When people sign up it says "2 Messages" just above the messages. See attachment. How can I change the word "Messages"? I've been through all the files, and can't seem to find it.

I believe you can change the text in this file:
concrete\elements\conversation\count_header.php
