Editing etc. button are gone

Hi im new at concrete5, im getting better everyday. but lately my sites has been acting strange. when i log in, the editing, dashboarrd buttons are gone, and when they are back, the site themes isnt working. Pictures are attached.

what is the problem? :(

and i have tried to clear cache. if there is a solution, please keep in mind im a newbie, so write it like you talk to a little child
