Editing Express Objects Entries Page

I'm trying to add a search bar to search through my express object entries, so I need to locate the HTML file. I've installed concrete5 on my localhost. Where can I access the HTML file? Also is there a page for each express object's entries of is it one page with different content pulled from the database?
I'm a beginner and will greatly appreciate any help.

There is no static (HTML) page - they are all stored in the database.
