Editing Header Nav?

Using one of the free templates, I don't want my header nav to say 'Home/About/Search', I want to change it to say 'Home/Images/Video' instead. But when I click on it to edit, all I get is the options on how the pages should appear. Am I just completely missing something here? Do I have to delete it and make a new one?

This might be an Auto Nav or Page List block, which pull the page links and titles from your sitemap.

Try going to your Dashboard and creating new pages in the Sitemap, or removing pages you don't need
