Editing only one page at a time
Permalink
For some reason when I use the interface to edit a page, all of my pages update and look like the same thing. In other words, when I write content on the home page, my about page looks like my home page.

What part of the page are you editing? The body area or the header and nav? And what theme are you using?
I'm editing the body, i.e. a content block and I'm using the Sapphire theme.
There's another discussion that seems to be dealing with the same problem:

What I'm thinking is that you may be editing the master copy of the site, which would be duplicating the blocks you put in across all the pages.

This is getting frustrating.
What happens if you add a brand new content block to your home page? Does that new content block also appear on the "About" page?
Also, it's possible that your nav menu is broken and you think it's taking you to the about page but you're still on the home page -- try navigating to the about page via the sitemap in the dashboard and see if that changes anything.
