Editing Pages & Site Cache

Quick question: Can any one tell me if when you edit a page, it automatically expires any cache related to this page? ...or does the site admin have to manually clear the cache to see the changes on the public side (or wait for the cache to expire)? I searched but didn't see anything immediately apparent.

The block that you are editing will have its cache refreshed obviously.

All other blocks on that page will keep their cached version.

If you have full page caching on I believe that it will be updated but not 100% sure about that.
