Editing/ Permissions problem

I have installed C5 on a host called Bizland. No matter what I do when I log in, I have no access to permissions and trying to edit or view any pagelogs me out. Do I have chmod permission problems? Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

invalid u/p,

but, try re-uploading the /concrete directory

Thanks, My mind was elsewhere. I updated it above.I actually posted this in the install forum but am posting here in case people who aren't monitoring it can help. I did that and nothing changed. Any other ideas?
