Editing permissons problem

When i try to edit permissions, the window stops working. I attached the screenshot. Is there a solution for this? Thanks...

If you are using chrome, then check the chrome console for any error. And if it is Firefox then you need to check it through firebug. I'm sure there must be an error.

I found and error in chrome. Screenshot is at the attachments. So what can i do about this?

Maybe a server problem? I'm not sure.
