Editing the my profil page in C5

I have a problem i'm trying to solve. I'm trying to edit the my profile to not show messages and friends in the left sidebar, but i can't find out how to remove them.

Are there anyone that can help me out?

You need to go to sitemap and click options from the right site. Then check the checkbox called "Show System Pages". Then you will see the Profile. Expand it by clicking the (+) symbol. Then click on messages and click properties. Then choose "Custom Attributes" tab and check the checkbox called "Exclude From Nav" & save it. Do the same for friends as well. It won't show anymore.
