Editing the site title on a test site

Hi there - I'm playing around with my site (http://blogrole.c5host.com) and I'm a little confused. I can't figure out how to edit the header, so that "concrete5 site" is not the title. What I've tried so far:
1) in Edit Site mode, highlight this block, click "edit". But this does not let me edit text.
2) in Edit Site mode, highlight this block, click "design". This doesn't let me edit text either.
Help!
** Edited to add: I'm trying to add an image here, so that my company logo can be in the site header. I would like to retain the top nav (home/about/contact us, etc.).

you want to go to dashboard, scrapbook, global scrapbook, and then edit my_site_name if you want to change your websites name (what is shown like concrete5 Site:: Home go to dashboard, sitewide settings, and edit site name (a form at that page.)
