Editing Content

I was having major problems editing content, mainly there was no cursor and no scrollbar when editing the HTML source.
I realised I was on FF2 (Mac) which might have been causing the problem, so upgraded and now have an issue with the positioning within the editor.
I have cleared the cache, etc and restarted the pc, but no luck. I have attached a screenshot so you can see whats going on.
