Editting - Editting Blocks Are Offset

Hi:
When I edit the block for "Mission Statement" the actual block to edit is a little lower than where "Mission Statement" is.
See attached. The dark gray area is the block for "Mission Statement" when the content is a little higher.
Anyone know how to fix this issue?

I also have the same problem, adding the php line which pulls the body up in edit mode worked. Also check your stylesheet, there may be some position:relative on the body, or main container causing it.
