Enable rich text in image attributes

I added a custom attribute in the filemanager,
there I selected the rich text editor.
When I open this attribute in an image there is no toolbar.

How can I enable rich text withe toolbar in a custom image attribute?

That's odd. I created the same attribute that you did and the first time I opened the 'Properties' for an image, all I got was a regular textbox with no toolbar but the second time I clicked on 'Properties', I got the toolbar. Caching perhaps?

Now same here.
It must be Rich Text - Basic Content

The same behaviour happens to me if I set it to 'Office' as well. The first time I click 'Properties', I don't get the toolbar but on subsequent tries, the toolbar shows.

This happens even if I just change the style of the Rich Text on an existing attribute.

I think I'll report it as a bug. Not too serious but a bug nonetheless.
