End user upload and display of files

Is there a module that I can setup for the end user to upload files to the contrete5 web? I would like the user to be able to send PDF files and then have a way to show the links to those files to the other users. Is there such a module or how would you recommend I do this?

Hi - depends how complex it is going to be but there are add ons which allow file uploading and permissions such as Itrio User folders and file tree (search marketplace).

however if it is just something dead simple then the standard form block allows file upload - files uploaded go into the default /files location and then you can just link them from there into your content...
