If I wanted an enrollment form where students for a school could enroll digitally, is that simply a standard form with the relevant questions?

Or do I need something else?

Also, would the forms automatically create a database within concrete with email, address details and whether they've paid their fees etc?

The information would need to be neatly laid out and easily accessible.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
