Error - Download File Invalid File.

Hello C5 community,

(Concrete5.7.4)

I have a little problem: when I am in the Concrete5 settings and I click on back button it directs me to a page that only says:

Download File
Invalid File.

Instead of going back to the Home Page.
I think it might have to do something with the view.php file.

Hi nesoor,

Which settings are you speaking of?

Are you using a file block where the "Invalid File" text is?

Hey MrKDilkington,

This error appears when I am in the dashboard and click the button to exit the dashboard (See attachment)

nesoor,

I am receiving the same issue with certain page types.
Sometimes when I return to the site from the dashboard I get the download error.

I need to do some more investigation, but haven't had time yet.
Will post back if I find anything.

I can confirm, but I cannot figure out what the pattern to recreate it is.

The url of the page returned to is:
http://localhost/concrete5/index.php?cID=141...

When you put this page in edit mode, then leave edit mode, the url is:
http://localhost/concrete5/index.php/download_file...

@edbeeny

Have either of you created a bug tracker issue for this?

Fix for this issue is in 5.7.4.2.

"Fix download file script leading to 404 errors after you go to the dashboard and hit the back button"
