Does anyone know why is this happening to my site?

An unexpected error occurred.
SessionHandler::read(): open(/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56/sess_2hu0vkrqaqg2cia75jndaa6iv0, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13)

This is a long-shot, but I vaguely recall that a relatively recent CPanel update caused some problems by changing the permissions of some folders. I think this is one for your web host.

c5 does have an alternative session management method, but it would be better to get the default method working.
