Error in v.8 - File manager error

Click on "files" and get this error (see attach file)!!
This is really a problem in not stable version (now i need to duplicate all of the DB + and create another site installation because i have zero clue what happen).
Also a lot of times the folders are "missing" than after 1-2 hours working on the site they "come a live" (again i see them in the file-manager)
And also the "crop" wont work.
In "bug tracker" their is no tab for version 8.
