Error message at Extend Concrete 5

Good afternoon,
I hope I am putting this post in the correct forum. After moving a C5 site from one domain to another, I am getting this error message:

An unexpected error occured.
file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/cookecpc/public_html/packages/theme_long_story_short.zip/controller.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/cookecpc:/usr/lib/php:/usr/php4/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php4/lib/php:/tmp)

See screen cap.

I have theme long story short installed for another project, but ended up using sidebar for this one. Can anyone tell me how to fix this so that I can get my page connected to the add-on store for my client? Thanks ever so much.

Respectfully,
Allison Guthrie

Oooooh...probably not. :( This was the first time I have ever migrated a page. I can't even begin to tell you the lessons learned (including this one, apparently!). Can you spell that out for me, please? And what do I need to do to resolve this issue. I am so incredibly grateful for your time and information. Thanks so much!
