Error Message when Editing

I need help editing my page. I keep getting this error message when I try to copy or move a block:

CCM_DISPATCHER_FILENAME = '/conc/index.php'; var CCM_CID = 1; var CCM_EDIT_MODE = true; var CCM_ARRANGE_MODE = false; var CCM_IMAGE_PATH = "/conc/concrete/images"; var CCM_TOOLS_PATH = "/conc/index.php/tools/required";

Same from me since 5 minutes.
I did no changes at all and suddenly i cant copy paste Blocks.

Copy works but paste in a new area is not.

Any idea would be warm welcome ?

Website environment?
Set debug settings to detailed?
Which Concrete5 version?
Which theme?
What type of block?
