Error msg when trying to edit Header Extra Content in Properties

Hi im building a client a new website and running into a few problems... getting an Error msg when trying to edit Header Extra Content in Properties:
<h1>Forbidden</h1>
<p>you dont have permission to access/physio/index.php on this server.</P>
<p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encounted while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
Also "book Now" link not working on home page:http://www.coffsweb.com.au/physio/...
