error on form: Oops, something is wrong with the form you posted (it doesn't have a question set id).

Hello,
just updatet to 5.7.3 and now it seems that our form isn't working anymore...
on submitting the form we get the following error:
Oops, something is wrong with the form you posted (it doesn't have a question set id).
in the logfile is this (in Dutch)
Onverwachte Fout:/home/deb72894/domains/bulkbags.nl/public_html/concrete/blocks/form/controller.php:265 Er is iets mis gegaan met het verzenden van het formulier (het heeft geen vraag set id). (0)
So I read some of the solutions for older versions prior ro 5.7.3 for this problem but non seem to work.
What I did:
deleted the form and re-inserted it (not copied)
had a look at the database but that doesn't gives an error
somebody has an idea or solution for this?
the page is: bulkbags.nl/contact
edit: rolled back to 5.7.2.1 and the form wasn't working either :( so it's not just 5.7.3
