Error trying to delete themes or add-on's in 5.6.3.1

Trying to simply uninstall packages on the extend functionality screen.
get following message on blank page...

Fatal error: Class 'Log' not found in /home/wxjeffre/public_html/weatherdaynews.com/wdnbeta/concrete/core/models/page.php on line 1629
