Error when saving content block

I am wondering if anyone has seen this error?
I have a number of sites on a specific host and get this error ( see attached images) when trying to save a content block.
This is happening on all versions of C5, both 5.7 and 5.6 which means that every site is effected. The result is that you are unable to edit or add content blocks to a page.
I am sure this is server specific and it started happening in Tuesday.
Any ideas of the possible cause would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen this block when there is a PHP error in the save, usually an out of memory or overlimit of some kind. Can you check the PHP Error Logs on your server?
I managed to get this sorted.
It turned out to be changes in the security settings on the server after CXS was installed. This was blocking instead of logging possible suspicious code.
As a result it was stopping a number of blocks from being saved and caused much drama for a few days.

Have you checked your PHP error logs?
