Error with "Reviews" add-on download

Hello,
I purchased the add-on "Reviews" and associated it to my project, but when I went to my Dashboard to Install, it says "Ready to download" instead. So I click "download" and it gives me this error:
"The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
An error occurred while downloading the package."
Any thoughts are appreciated!! Thank you very much.

make sure the packages directory is readable, writable, and executable by the server.
There was a problem with c5 marketplace yesterday (I experienced the same issue with Witwag Tag Cloud addon), but that seems to be fixed by now.
