Error with theme

I am trying to up load a theme, I have followed the steps mentioned in the help section but get this error
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/117074/webspace/httpdocs/xxxxxx/concrete5.3.3.1/concrete/single_pages/dashboard/pages/themes/inspect.php on line 34
On the dashboard the them shows up but no thumbnail is displayed nor is any description eventhough I have uploaded them. When I install the theme I get that error.
What am I doing wrong?
