Oh dear, I'm out of my depth... please can anyone help!

Was having problems with google docs viewer + some page types that I could not delete.

I read in the forum that you can delete stuff from the database, so found the correct bits and deleted them. There were no pages using either the page types or the google docs viewer.

Have tried re-installing google docs viewer but that didn't help and although I could install manually got a re error if i tried through my site.

When i try to add a block i get this error:
