Fatal error: Class 'JobSet' not found in /home/highvl5/public_html/concrete/startup/jobs.php on line 23

for some reason I'm getting this error but when I look in that file i clearly see JobSet in line 23? Any ideas why this error is coming up?

What version of concrete5 are you using? That should get autoloaded.

Do you mind opening up a bug report of in the bug tracker section for this? I feel like I've seen this before.

Be sure to add your Environment information in the first box when you submit the bug report. You can find this in your concrete5 dashboard by typing "Environment Information" in the box in the top left.

I should clarify that I'm not sure this is actually a core bug, but instead an overrides/addon issue, but I want to make sure of that and more importantly get you set up and running with this issue. Having it over there with your env info will help me get you sorted out.
