File extension problems

I am needing people to upload stuff to my site in .zip format. I went into the settings and added it but people are still having problems uploading a zip via the forms add-on.

I'm puzzled as to what to do. I tested it myself and it worked perfectly. Do people need to clear their cache in order for it to work or am I overlooking something else?

Yeah. I would say clear the cache. Maybe try clearing both the C5 cache and browser cache.

make sure you are including zip in the allowed files list...not .zip

Thanks everyone. Clearing the cache for C5 seems to have taken care of the issue.
