File Manager and Form Results

Is there a way to display the fields from a FORM to display in the FILE MANAGER? Currently, when files are submitted via the form, only select fields show in the File Manager. Custom attributes doesn't work because I have to re-enter the information that has already been entered at the time the file was submitted.

There is one way to add columns to the file manager, but you can only choose from a small list. You can take a look at it by going to File Manager > Advanced Search > Customize Results.

If that doesn't do the trick, you may want to take a look as the Marketplace and see if there is a better way to do this. I found this addon, it displays the info in it's own display area. Here is the link:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/proforms/...
