File Manager - cannot download multiple files

C5.6.1, .zip enabled on server - Unable to DL groups or sets of files. Working with a massive catalog and really need a hand.

Is there an error in your php error log that might give some pointers?

It was a new security setting - php exec is required for that feature to work and it has to be turned off so says the csf firewall I have.
